At long last there are pictures of Bun-bun!  He does indeed deserve space on this site and is finally receiving it!  The story of Bun-bun in a nutshell is this:  Returning from work one day last spring (suspiciously about 4 weeks post Easter, hmmmm...what does it all mean?  I know, I know...people are irresponsible!) I find upon my arrival to the parking lot a beautiful designer rabbit hopping about the premisis without a care in the world.  I have many cares upon seeing him, namely the hawks that may be spying him out for a tasty tidbit so I call upon my husband to help me wrangle the rabbit.  This we do successfully and fairly easily, suggesting that he was indeed someone's pet who was kicked out of the house.  We diligently put up posters and tried to locate his owners in the event he had escaped and some poor little child was tearfully seeking her beloved pet.  After a span of 6 months had passed by Dustin finally put his foot down and insisted we find the rabbit a permanent home as we are but apartment dwellers and were pretty much unprepared for the duties of rabbit parenthood.  Sadly I complied, or rather my mom complied by acquiesing that we could bring Bun-bun to her if we couldn't find someone with a little girl to give the bunny too.  All of our friends with little girls threatened our lives if we suggested the bunny to their kids, so that seemed like a dead end and alas, one November weekend Mom took delivery of her new little grey friend!  I miss my little grey friend but am glad to know that he is quite spoiled, fat and happy in his new life as a retiree in Florida!
